The premises lies in a very tranquil rural location set in the Gascony country side of Gers and Haut Pyrenees, we offer both Chambre d'hote and gite accomodation with Table d'hote available on request. With an ancient wooded hill running down the valley immediately to the west and an easy view of the Pyrenees with the Pic de Midi to the South, this geography gives a natural sun trap from early morning until dusk. Excellent walking and bike rides can be taken from the house with an abundance of wild life to be seen in the woods, fields and nearby river, possibly the best in France. On site there are a number of facilities available (probably as good as a 4 star hotel) for use including a 12m x 6m swimming pool with entrance stairs,( Fenced to comply to French Law) large sunbathing area and heated out door Jacuzzi, gardens, various indoor ( Darts, board games, etc.) and outdoor games ( Badminton, Ping Pong, swing ball etc), adult bicycles are available for use.

Children
are well catered for with many
facilities such as paddling pool, sand pit, a variety of toys, books and
games. Most main children's furniture items are also on site, high chair, play pen,
cot, car seat, push chair, etc etc
The gardens are fenced to prevent toddlers wondering out of sight!
Nearby are ample restaurants providing Gascogne food, shopping and points of interest to suit most needs as is Marciac, famous for the two week summer jazz festival, Mirande for country and western and many other local fetes throughout the year.
The effect of the Pyrenees,
in full view to the south, is to give a cool refreshing
night to aid sleeping. Often necessary after house and property
hunting! or any other activity.
Close by car is Tarbes, Pau, Lourdes and the Pyrenees for skiing, walking and biking, a little further is Spain (1hr) Atlantic (2hr) and Mediterranean (4hr)

The property has pets on site, normally four large dogs, cat and a horse all of which add to the ambience. Other pets are welcome by agreement.
Any special needs should be agreed before arrival as we do not like to disappoint.

LOCATION
You can find us easily just off the Rabastans road from Trie sur Baise just before
Antin, follow the little signs or ring from Trie sur Baise. The alternate
route is drive from Trie sur Baise towards Mielan and turn off left
towards the Church at Bernadets Debat and follow the blue signs 
, we are down the hill!!
Or
if you come from Tarbes (Pau etc.) to Trie sur Baise look for this blue
sign and turn it is about 3km to the next sign where you turn right at
another sign.
